This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions (साप्ताहिक / Weekly ₹29 and Pro स्पर्धक ₹149/month) purchased on Spardha AI via Razorpay.
1. 7-day, no-questions-asked refund
If you are not satisfied with your paid plan for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your payment date — no questions asked. This matches the promise already shown in the app's FAQ.
- Applies to your first payment on a plan, and to any subsequent renewal charge, as long as the request is made within 7 days of that specific charge.
- You do not need to justify your request or have used a minimum/maximum amount of the plan's features.
2. How to request a refund
Contact us with your registered email address (and, if you have it, the Razorpay payment/order ID) via either:

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
3. Processing time
Once approved, we initiate the refund via Razorpay within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or UPI provider, the amount typically reflects in your account within 5–7 business days after that — this part of the timeline is governed by Razorpay and your bank, not by us, and is standard for digital payments in India.
4. After the 7-day window
We do not offer a refund for the remaining, already-used portion of a billing period once 7 days have passed. However, you can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Settings → Subscription — this stops all future charges immediately, while you keep access to your current paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
5. Exceptions — always refunded regardless of the 7-day window
- Duplicate or erroneous charges (e.g. you were charged twice for the same period) — full refund upon verification.
- Extended service outage — if a paid feature you rely on is broken or unavailable for a significant period due to our fault, we will offer a full or pro-rated refund/credit at our discretion, in good faith.
